Grooming  Policies  and Release Form

To make sure your fur baby has the best possible grooming experience, we please review our policies.

You can email and request the release form and have it ready, or I can bring one to you at the time of service.

Fur babies MUST have an up to date rabies vaccination.

  • Cancellation Policy - Our cancellation policy requires a minimum notice of 72 hours. In the event of a cancellation with less notice, the full grooming fee will be due. We kindly ask for your understanding as we reserve your grooming slot exclusively for you, and without sufficient notice, we are unable to fill that time for other clients.

  • Pet's Wellbeing - Ensuring a stress-free grooming experience is our utmost priority. We prioritize the safety and comfort of your furry companion. To accommodate any unforeseen circumstances, we allocate extra time during each appointment, allowing flexibility and understanding for those days when your fur baby may be feeling under the weather.

  • Notification - As responsible pet owners, we kindly request that you inform us in advance of any medical, physical, or emotional conditions your pet may have. It is crucial for us to be aware of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions to provide the best possible care during the grooming process.

  • Vaccinations - We require that all furbabies are up to date on their vaccinations. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all pets visiting our mobile grooming service.

  • Muzzle - The safety of your pet and our groomer is of utmost importance. In rare cases where it is necessary for the well-being of your pet, we reserve the right to use a humane muzzle during the grooming session. This ensures a secure and controlled environment for both your pet and our groomer.

  • Matted Fur - In cases where humane dematting is not possible or would cause discomfort to your furbaby, we will perform a gentle shave down. It's important to note that removing heavily matted hair requires additional time, often revealing underlying skin problems. As a result, there is an extra charge for this specialized service. Our priority is always the well-being and comfort of your pet.

  • Grooming Schedule - Our experienced groomers may recommend a minimum grooming schedule for your furbaby, as well as possible in-between appointment grooming. Following the recommended schedule ensures optimal coat health and maintenance. If you choose not to adhere to the recommended schedule, additional fees may apply to accommodate any extra time required during our visit.

  • Special Treatments & Requests - Should you have any special requests or require treatments not covered in our regular services, such as allergy reduction, medicated shampoos, flea baths, or teeth brushing, there may be an additional fee associated with these personalized services. We are dedicated to meeting your pet's specific needs and providing tailored care.

  • Payment - To streamline the process, we kindly request payment at the time of service. We accept cash or checks made out to Regina Jarrell. Please note that bounced checks are subject to a $25 fee.  We do not take any digital payments such as credit cards or cash transfer apps. 

  • Appointment Times - We value your time and strive to adhere to our schedule as closely as possible. However, please understand that appointment times are approximate. We prioritize quality over rushing through appointments to stay strictly on schedule. There may be occasions when we need to request a change in your appointment day or time due to unforeseen factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these variables. Rest assured, your pet's well-being and grooming experience are our top priorities.

  • COVID-19 - In light of the ongoing pandemic, we prioritize the health and safety of both our clients and our groomer. If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is exhibiting symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a minimum of 14 days after the symptoms first appeared. This precautionary measure ensures the well-being of all involved.
