To make sure your fur baby has the best possible grooming experience, we need the following information.

Grooming  Policies  and Release Form

You can email and request the release form and have it ready, or I can bring one to you at the time of service.

Fur babies MUST have an up to date rabies vaccination.

  • Cancelation Policy - We have a minimum 72 hr cancelation policy. Otherwise, the entire grooming fee is due. We reserve your time especially for you, and without enough notice, we cannot fill your slot.

  • Pet's Wellbeing - Our goal is to offer a stress-free grooming experience. Safety and comfort are top priorities. Each appointment includes extra time in case your fur baby is having a bad day.

  • Notice - You, the owner, are required to advise us in advance of any medical, physical, or emotional issues. Please let us know of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Vaccinations - All furbabies must be up to date on their vaccinations.

  • Muzzle - We reserve the right to use a humane muzzle on your pet, if necessary, for the safety of your pet and our groomer.

  • Matted fur - If your furbaby cannot be humanely de-matted, we will perform a shave down. Removing heavily matted hair takes additional time, as often there are underlying skin problems. There is an extra charge for this service.

  • Schedule - Our groomers will recommend a minimum grooming schedule for your furbaby and possibly in-between appointment grooming. If you choose not to follow a recommended schedule (e.g., if the groomer recommends every 6 weeks but you choose every 12 weeks), there may be additional fees for the extra time it takes for us during our visit.

  • Special Treatments & Requests - There may be an additional fee if you have a request not covered in our regular services, such as allergy reduction, flea baths, or teeth brushing.

  • Payment - Payment is expected at the time of service. We can accept cash or checks made out to Regina Jarrell. Bounced checks are subject to a $25 fee.

  • Appointment Times - We respect your time. However, all appointments times are approximate. We will not rush through an appointment to stay on a schedule. There are times when we may ask you to change your appointment day or time for many reasons. May factors are outside of our control, and this is not an exact science. Please be patient with the process.

  • COVID-19 - If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status, we ask that you cancel your appointment for at least 14 days after symptoms first appeared.
